Summary

  1. Accounts: Anyone can create an account. Provide accurate info.
  2. Usernames: Gamers.co can change, remove, or auction usernames anytime. You don't own them.
  3. Payments & Refunds: Premium features, tips, and auctions are available. One 7-day refund per user, ever. After that, no refunds.
  4. Your Content: Anything you upload can be used forever by Gamers.co. We can also remove or modify it anytime.
  5. Violations: Break rules and your account can be banned immediately. Payments are kept.
  6. No Guarantees: Platform may go down. We're not responsible for lost data or other issues.
  7. Disputes: All disputes go to binding arbitration. No class actions.
  8. Changes: We can change these rules at any time without notice. Using Gamers.co means you accept the new rules.

1. Account Eligibility

  • Users of any age may create an account.
  • You must provide accurate information.

2. Username Policy

  • Usernames can be assigned, removed, reassigned, discarded, or blacklisted at Gamers.co's sole discretion.
  • No notice is required for username changes.
  • In case of disputes or multiple claims, usernames may be auctioned to the highest bidder.
  • Username redirects may be modified or removed at Gamers.co's discretion.
  • Usernames are licensed, not owned; no ownership rights are conveyed.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Gamers.co may offer premium tiers, tipping, username auctions, or other monetization features.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as stated below.
  • Refunds: One 7-day money-back guarantee per user, lifetime. After one refund or after 7 days, no refunds will be provided.

4. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • By uploading, you grant Gamers.co a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your content in any media or format.
  • Gamers.co may remove, modify, or hide content at its discretion.

5. Violations

  • Accounts may be terminated immediately for violations, including but not limited to abusive behavior, illegal content, chargebacks, impersonation, or cheating.
  • Content may be removed, and banned users may be denied future access.
  • Paid amounts are non-refundable upon violation.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Gamers.co provides the platform "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, reliability, or performance.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Binding Arbitration

  • All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration; no class actions or representative claims are allowed.
  • Arbitration will occur under the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

8. Modifications

  • Gamers.co may unilaterally modify these Terms at any time without notice.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
